PentaGen – A Headquarters Like a Living Organism
PentaGen’s new headquarters in Kladno captivates not only with its striking architecture but also with its well-thought-out interior by the Reaktor studio. The design was inspired by laboratory processes typical of the company’s operations, which is reflected in the building’s shape, reminiscent of a “Petri dish.” The entire space thus feels organic and supports natural development and flexible layouts.
The interior follows the principles of human-centered design—it uses natural materials such as wood, concrete, and glass, maximizes natural light, and emphasizes comfort and functionality. It also includes a relaxation area with access to the garden.
We contributed to the project by supplying furniture from our portfolio—office products from the MDD and RIM brands, and design elements for the lounge areas from Fritz Hansen, Prostoria, Javorina, and others. Custom-made furniture is also included, such as conference and bar tables, which harmoniously complement the entire interior.
