Realization: restaurant Soyshi
Soyshi Restaurant: A Modern Asian Concept with an Open Kitchen
We worked on the Soyshi restaurant project from the initial sketches through to the final turnkey implementation. Our goal was to create a space that combines an authentic Asian dining experience with a modern, cozy, and elegant interior.
The project included the supply of standard furniture, the custom fabrication of unique elements, and their subsequent installation. For the interior, we used products from brands such as MIDJ, Arrmet, Andreu World, and others. The entire space is complemented by our in-house benches and tables, which were designed specifically for this concept.
The heart of the restaurant is the open kitchen, which is literally the center of all the action. Guests have a direct view of the food preparation, which enhances the authentic experience and fosters a connection with the culinary team. We divided the space into several zones—from intimate seating to communal benches to a striking U-shaped table designed for classes and community gatherings.
The interior features muted colors, solid wood, natural textures, and geometric motifs inspired by Asian aesthetics. A striking element is the deep burgundy ceiling, which adds depth to the space and references traditional symbolism of happiness and vitality. Plants thoughtfully divide the individual sections of the restaurant and bring freshness and natural dynamism to the interior.
In the evening, thanks to ambient lighting, the restaurant transforms into an atmospheric space that invites guests to slow down, savor the moment, and appreciate the details. The light highlights the textures of the materials used and lends the entire space a sense of harmony and a touch of mystery.
