The 9602 Floor Lamp by GUBI is an iconic floor lamp designed by Finnish designer Paavo Tynell in 1935, originally for the Aulanko Hotel. Thanks to its distinctive wide shade, it has also earned the nickname “Chinese Hat” and is one of the most striking examples of Tynell’s unique approach to lighting design.

The light, airy shade contrasts with the sturdy base and the slender, rattan-wrapped stem.
