The minimalist Revolt chair with flexible design was designed by Friso Kramer in 1953.

The playful design has been reintroduced to the market by the Danish brand HAY.

The chairs retain the functionality and durable construction of its predecessor and have a frame made of bent steel plate instead of the traditional tubular frame. Unlike the original version, however, they have seat cushions made from recycled plastic.
