Block Karlín Living

For the project Block Karlín Living In Prague’s Karlín district, we helped fully furnish the interiors of rental apartments. Our goal was to create a functional, timeless, and comfortable environment that meets today’s standards for modern urban living.

The project involved furnishing the apartments with furniture, accessories, and other interior elements, with an emphasis on practicality, high-quality craftsmanship, and the harmonious interplay of individual materials and colors. Another important aspect was coordinating the furnishings across the various floor plans so that each apartment would feel compact while also offering comfort for everyday living.

Block Karlín Living offers 98 fully furnished apartments From 1+kk to 4+kk layouts. The project also includes common areas, a courtyard, a rooftop terrace, a bike storage room, and other amenities for residents.

What we value most about this project is the opportunity to be part of a project that combines high-quality architecture, a well-thought-out interior, and the practical requirements of modern rental housing.
