The Plopp bar stool is an original and iconic object created with FiDU technology. It is one of Zieta Studio's flagship products and represents the result of Oskar Zieta's research at the intersection of design, material engineering and art; The name "Polish Air-Pumped Folk Object" suggests a combination of playful aesthetics with technical precision. Two ultra-thin steel sheets are welded around the perimeter and then inflated under high pressure - resulting in a spatial object with an unmistakable expression. A process called "controlled loss of control" transforms the 2.5D shape into a three-dimensional object with surprising strength and lightness; Plopp is not only a functional bar stool, but also a manifesto of innovation and a radical approach to form. Awarded the prestigious Red Dot Design Award, German Design Council Award and Forum AID Award, it has become an icon of contemporary design.
