The
Stemlite collection was designed in 1962.
It was named the most influential lamp of the year by Industrial Design Magazine.
It remained in production until 1977. After nearly half a century, it has been remastered by the GUBI brand, which is faithful to the original designs.
The design thus consists of a simple, slender metal base resembling the stem of a tulip, which is topped with a blown glass sphere.
