A realization that pushes the standards of modern working environment and rightfully won the Office of the Year 2025 award in the Large Office category.

The main impetus for the creation of the new space was a transformation in the approach to office use. Flexible working hours and the hybrid working model have brought new demands on their design. The expansion reflects the changing perception of the working environment in the post-covid era - emphasis is on ergonomics, quality lighting and overall comfort.

The 12-story building is designed in a modular manner, allowing for an efficient and balanced distribution of workstations. Each floor adheres to the "smart & beauty" concept, combining functional aesthetics with state-of-the-art technology and significant investment in the working environment. Over 95 rooms are connected to a reservation system and serve as meeting rooms, coworking spaces, libraries or phone booths.

A key feature is the precisely designed office floor. Floor plans have been optimised to create natural nooks and crannies for comfortable working while eliminating long sightlines across the space. The original black and white concept was replaced with an approach that promotes a feel of home - the use of wood, earthy tones and rich greenery creates a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere.

The meeting rooms build on transparency and diversity. Glass walls allow for visual connectivity, with each floor having a different colour combination that is never repeated.

Three floors are dedicated to special features:

entrance floor with a reception area, coworking space and café. The space is dominated by a perfume chandelier and a large screen that communicates with the surrounding area to the street.

EatSmart floor hosts an innovative cafeteria complete with hybrid kitchenettes. Czech chef Filip Sajler and his team contributed to the concept.

The top floor serves as a shared space with meeting rooms that feature acoustic solutions and panoramic views.

These three floors further emphasize selection of materials, technological innovation and sophisticated design elements.

The new 12-storey building, with a total area of 12,700 m2 and more than 1175 workplaces, is technologically advanced and ready for the challenges of the coming decade.
